James Kelley

James is an AI Coach and Literacy Trainer at Neesh, where he helps leaders and teams unlock the practical power of AI. With a doctorate in international consumer behavior and years of global research on human decision-making, James brings a rare mix of academic rigor and hands-on business experience. He has lived and worked across four continents, gaining a global perspective on how people and organizations adapt to change.

Before joining Neesh, James served as CEO of two startups, qChange and Entwyne, and led marketing and sales at GreenFi, where he drove rapid gains in engagement and adoption. Earlier in his career, he was a tenured professor, teaching and publishing on consumer psychology and behavior change. His professional journey reflects a consistent theme: helping people grow by combining insight, data, and empathy.
