About The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who can build, optimize, and manage the infrastructure behind our sales engine. This is a role for someone who can spot inefficiencies before they slow us down, turn them into smooth workflows, and make our tools - from HubSpot to AI-powered sales agents - work harder so our team can focus on building relationships and closing deals.

Your mission: keep the sales machine running at full speed while making it faster, smarter, and more scalable every month. You’ll own the systems, data, automations, and platforms that help us track growth, reduce friction, and uncover better ways to work.

What You'll Do

Build & Maintain Sales Infrastructure

  • Design and manage HubSpot pipelines, automations, and custom workflows.

  • Ensure clean, accurate CRM data and intuitive processes for the sales team.

  • Maintain integration across ClickUp for project tracking and follow-up execution.

Drive Automation & AI Integration

  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Instantly, Inboxology, Apollo, BuiltWith) for lead generation, enrichment, and outreach optimization.

  • Build and maintain sales agentic workflows that handle repetitive sales tasks autonomously.

  • Implement intelligent automations for lead routing, follow-up sequencing, and reporting.

  • Spot process bottlenecks and convert them into scalable, automated solutions.

Own Reporting & Revenue Visibility

  • Create HubSpot dashboards for conversion tracking, partner attribution, ARR/MRR, and CAC.

  • Maintain and optimize reporting for leadership to have instant, accurate insights.

Lead Execution & Cross-Team Alignment

  • Partner with leadership to execute sales growth initiatives from concept to completion.

  • Collaborate with marketing, Educate, and Integrate teams to align sales with delivery.

  • Proactively recommend - and implement - smarter, AI-enhanced ways to work.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years managing HubSpot or similar CRM (workflows, lead scoring, reporting).

  • Skilled at setting up and troubleshooting lead forms, UTM tracking, and automation triggers.

  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT/OpenAI API, Instantly, Inboxology, Apollo, BuiltWith, Make.com, and Zapier.

  • Strong communicator who executes quickly and independently.

  • AI-first mindset with a drive to simplify, optimize, and automate.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience creating and managing agentic sales workflows.

  • Background in B2B SaaS, tech services, or high-growth startups.

  • Familiarity with Apify and other data extraction tools.

  • Experience with Slack, Notion, and integrated sales stacks.
