About The Role

We’re looking for a charismatic, high-energy AI Literacy Trainer with deep expertise in ChatGPT and Gemini, a passion for helping people apply AI in ways that make their work easier, faster, and more impactful, and ideally a background in education or adult learning. You will design and deliver engaging, high-retention training experiences that inspire confidence, spark ideas, and create lasting change.

As an AI Literacy Trainer at Neesh.ai, you’ll work with professionals across industries - from small teams to enterprise leaders - guiding them through practical AI adoption and workflow transformation. You’ll blend storytelling with technical know-how, showing clients exactly how to make AI work for them, and leaving them excited to do more.

What You'll Do

Training Program Design & Delivery

  • Develop and deliver structured, industry-relevant ChatGPT literacy training programs.

  • Design high-quality learning materials: slides, demos, exercises, and real-world use-case walkthroughs.

  • Lead interactive virtual and in-person sessions that engage, inspire, and build immediate skill.

  • Continuously refine content to reflect the latest ChatGPT capabilities and best practices.

AI Adoption & Workflow Optimization

  • Teach prompt design, AI-powered task automation, and workflow integration.

  • Show clients how to use ChatGPT alongside tools like Gemini, Spinach, HeyGen, and more.

  • Provide ready-to-use prompt templates and processes that drive productivity.

  • Advise on embedding AI into daily routines and decision-making.

Client Impact & Retention

  • Build strong rapport with clients, creating a training experience they remember and want more of.

  • Gather feedback and measure training impact, iterating for continuous improvement.

  • Support organizations in building internal AI champions.

Collaboration & Best Practices

  • Partner with integration specialists to ensure training aligns with ongoing or future projects.

  • Document and share best practices for AI training, prompt engineering, and user adoption.

  • Promote responsible and ethical AI use.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

  • Dynamic presentation skills with the charisma to hold attention and inspire action.

  • Background or experience in education, training, or adult learning environments.

  • 2+ years of experience in AI training, business consulting, or instructional design.

  • Proven expertise with ChatGPT and prompt engineering.

  • Strong understanding of business workflows and operational challenges.

  • Experience integrating AI tools into platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and CRMs.

  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Strong relationship-building and client-facing communication skills.

Strongly Preferred

  • Based in or willing to travel to Central Oregon for select client engagements.

  • Background in SaaS, consulting, or enterprise training.

  • Familiarity with other AI tools (Gemini, Claude, etc.) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make).

  • Experience in change management and technology adoption strategies.
